Guangdong ZHUDE Industrial Co., Ltd. is located in the west industrial area of Gonghe Town, Heshan City, Guangdong Province. It is specialized in the casting production (include various grades of ductile iron, vermicular cast iron, gray cast iron, special performance cast iron, etc. ), also carbon steel and stainless-steel structure welding, the manufacturing of precision sheet metal and the supporting of comprehensive mechanical parts for medium and large precision machining. We are also the member of China Foundry Association.

Guangdong ZHUDE is founded in May 2004, covering an area of nearly 120000 square meters, the company's products are widely used in plastic machinery, die-casting machinery, rubber machinery, machine tool equipment, printing machinery, glass machinery, ceramic machinery, wood process machinery, laser cutting machinery, automobile stamping molds, water pumps and valves. Guangdong ZHU always follows the market trend and developed continuously. We have successively invested in advanced production and testing equipment, kept improving, and strive to build the company into a supporting base of mechanical parts in China.

Our casting production process use semi-automatic production line furan resin sand molding, medium frequency induction furnace combined with spectrometer for composition control melting, and use domestic advanced suspension and blasting machine for surface blasting process. Our standardized production helps to achieve reliable material and excellent appearance. The annual output is about 20, 000 tons, and the unit weight can reach 22 tons, which is an advanced level in the domestic market.

Our Steel structure welding and sheet metal manufacturing use large-scale laser cutting and plasma cutting machinery, also there are small, medium and large bending machines, large welding tooling platforms, automatic sand blasting equipment and surface spraying equipment. After annealing, vibration aging and other treatments, the steel structure products can well eliminate the welding internal stress to ensure the precision machining accuracy of machine tool parts. Also, we have a welding team specializing in protective welding and argon arc welding, with an annual output of 30, 000 tons of steel structural parts and precision sheet metal parts; For the machinery, we have nearly 5000 square meters workshop area which allow 3-12m gantry five face machining center, medium to large boring and milling machining center, horizontal machining center and vertical machining center and various supporting testing equipment. The technicians are skilled and experienced, and familiar with the processing technology of various equipment parts (especially those with high precision requirements).
